Meet Clara.
Clara Zambruno is a pediatric occupational therapist and parent coach with a strong clinical background in child development and family support. She holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Southern California and has specialized training in Sensory Integration and the DIR/Floortime® approach.
Clara works with infants, children, and their families, supporting areas such as sensory processing, motor development, emotional regulation, and independence in daily life. Her approach is both developmental and relational, helping parents better understand their child’s needs while building practical, sustainable strategies for everyday challenges.
Clara has extensive experience working with international and expatriate families. She is particularly attuned to the complexities of raising children across cultures, navigating different educational and healthcare systems, and building parenting confidence without a familiar support network.
Within Nest & Bloom, Clara offers individual consultations, parent coaching, and workshops focused on child development, behavior, and family dynamics. She is dedicated to creating a space where parents feel informed, supported, and empowered in their role.
Clara is also the founder of Just Old Enough, a platform dedicated to making child development knowledge accessible and practical for modern families.
