Meet Laetitia.
Laetitia is a clinical psychologist with nearly 15 years of experience working in the Paris region. Born and raised in the United States, she moved to France as a teenager, an experience that deeply informs her clinical work. She holds a degree from the École des Psychologues Praticiens.
She works with children, adolescents, and adults in her private practice in Neuilly-sur-Seine, an area known for its vibrant expatriate community. Within Nest & Bloom, Laetitia is particularly dedicated to supporting parents as they navigate complex life transitions. Her areas of focus include parenting after an international move, raising “third culture kids,” and addressing the stress and anxiety that often arise during periods of major change. She also designs and facilitates workshops centered on these themes.
In parallel, Laetitia works closely with children and teenagers adjusting to significant life transitions such as relocation or cultural shifts. Having gone through these experiences herself, she brings both professional expertise and genuine personal insight to the therapeutic relationship, allowing her to fully grasp the emotional and developmental challenges
Her Approach
Laetitia adopts an integrative therapeutic approach, carefully selecting and combining methods based on each individual’s needs. She specializes in anxiety-related difficulties, including phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and social anxiety. Her training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a structured, evidence-based approach, as well as Lifespan Integration (LI), a therapy developed to address both simple and complex trauma.
