Support for Pedagogical Teams

Nest & Bloom offers annual partnerships designed to support teachers, school leadership, and families in understanding child development, identifying specific needs early, and promoting well-being across the school community.

Included Services:

Monthly meetings with teachers: confidential spaces for discussion and reflection on classroom situations.

Support for observation and early identification: conversations focused on warning signs, educational posture, and possible classroom adjustments.

Coordination with school leadership: two to three follow-up meetings per year to review needs and set priorities.

“Tailor made” Offerings

In addition to the annual partnership, Nest & Bloom offers targeted interventions according to the school’s specific needs.

Examples:

Psychological or cognitive assessments, aimed at understanding and guidance.

In-class observations of a student or group, followed by a constructive debrief with the teacher.

Meetings with parents to support school–family communication, clarify needs, and provide guidance when necessary.

Parent “Office Hours”, regular listening and advisory sessions.

Parent–teacher workshops or meetings on topics such as emotional regulation, screen use, bilingualism, or school transitions.

Strategic advising for leadership, providing confidential support on inclusion, communication, and school climate.
