Meet Tania.

Tania believes that 1-minute mindful practices are all you need to start cultivating presence, especially when navigating life transitions.

She is a certified yoga teacher and health coach who supports people across cultures, careers, and life stages. Having lived in Mexico City, New York, and now Paris, she understands what it means to build a sense of home while everything is shifting.

Originally trained in scientific research, Tania transition to a career in well-being in her own journey with stress management. She knows from personal and professional experience how cultivating presence can help us navigate change, especially when life feels overwhelming.

She is the founder of The Reset Yoga Circle, an online space for women navigating transitions. She also offers individual coaching, workshops, mindful walks in Paris, and publishes Happy Healthy & Zen on Substack. A space dedicated to "postcard moments" that help restore energy in everyday life.

Within the Nest & Bloom space, Tania will offer mindful movement and meditation circles, workshops, and mindful nature walks. This is one path  to build community around presence and to cultivate a sense of belonging with practices indoors and outdoors.
