Her work offers practical, structured support to help clients better understand their health and feel more confident in their decisions.

Within Nest & Bloom, Tracey contributes her expertise as part of a collaborative network supporting international families in Paris. She values working alongside psychologists, yoga teachers and other wellbeing professionals to provide integrated care that connects nutrition, mental health, lifestyle and community support.

In addition to one-to-one consultations, Tracey offers workshops and group sessions on topics such as family nutrition, stress resilience, hormonal balance and sustainable healthy living.

Her Approach

Tracey works from an integrated functional medicine and nutrition framework, focusing on understanding the root causes of imbalance rather than simply managing symptoms. By looking at the full picture of a person’s health, lifestyle and emotional wellbeing, she provides personalised, science-informed guidance designed to restore balance and long-term wellbeing.

She incorporates health coaching principles to help clients translate knowledge into sustainable change, empowering individuals and families to feel informed, supported and actively engaged in shaping their health.
