A 5 session group workshop for expat and repat women navigating change.

Join Laetitia Ribeyre, Clinical Psychologist and Silvia Stahlie, ICF Certified Coach. A series of 5 workshops created to support you in your journey in Paris. Learn strategies to deal with change, not only to adapt but to thrive, build community & get inspired by peers.

You will acquire actionable tools to :

  • embrace change

  • build your network

  • deal with post move and rentrée emptiness

  • navigate identity shifts

  • structure and prioritize to feel a sense of control.

Prices:

  • 70 euro discovery session (Sept.18th)

  • 95 euros per stand alone session

  • 400 if you pay upfront for all 5 sessions
