Our yoga classes for children.

Children naturally know how to move, imagine, and explore. Through yoga, they discover how to better understand their bodies, express their emotions, and build confidence while having fun.

Our Kids Yoga classes combine movement, breathing games, storytelling, mindfulness, and relaxation in a playful and nurturing environment. Every session encourages creativity, concentration, cooperation, and emotional wellbeing while helping children develop balance, coordination, and self-awareness.

Far beyond learning yoga postures, children develop valuable life skills that support them at school, at home, and in their relationships with others.

Each class is adapted to the children's age and stage of development, allowing every child to feel safe, confident, and free to be themselves.

Two classes available every Friday

Little Yogis (3–5 years) 16:45 pm - 17:30 pm


A playful first introduction to yoga through stories, songs, movement games and imagination.

Growing Yogis (6–10 years) 17:30 pm - 18:30 pm


A dynamic class combining yoga, breathing, teamwork, mindfulness and relaxation to build confidence, focus and emotional resilience.

Our Kids Yoga programme follows the school year and includes 30 classes (excluding school holidays). Annual registration with quarterly payment option. Annual membership: €700. Quarterly Payment: €260 per term.

Small groups allow each child to receive individual attention while growing in confidence, creativity, and emotional wellbeing throughout the year.
